Returns and Exchanges 

To be eligible for return, the goods must: 

  • Have been purchased in the last 30 days. 
  • Must still have their original tags on and be in their original packaging. 
  • The goods must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

The following Goods cannot be returned: 

  • For health reasons, jewelry and other personal goods (undergarments and masks).  
  • Discounted goods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Conditions for Exchanges 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in case of damage. We will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email info@knuths.comor phone (216) 831-1116 to ensure that the new item is available.  We will ship the exchange to you at our expense. 

How To Make a Return 

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. 
  • To return your product, mail it to 30619 Pinetree Rd., Cleveland, OH 44124, United States 
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  

Waiting For a Refund? 

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive an email informing you that your credit card has been credited.  

*We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
